Where We Serve

Rooted in the White Mountains

Home is where this all began for me — the White Mountains hold my heart, and I split my time between here and Phoenix so I can show up for families in both places I love.

About Your Doula

Hi, I'm Tori

Hi, I'm Tori — wife, mom, sister, and owner of Intentional Birth & Wellness LLC. Born and raised on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation, I am a member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe. I love spending time with my family — whether it be outdoors; hiking, fishing, or playing sports.

My upbringing remains at the center of who I am and how I show up for the families I serve. I value the strength, wisdom, and love passed down through the women in my family. Those meaningful connections have deepened my belief in the importance of maternal health and wellness. It has shaped how I see the world. So it felt natural that I'd eventually find my way to birth work, where that passion turned into something deeply personal.

But nothing changed me quite like becoming a mother myself. I learned firsthand how tender, powerful, and sometimes overwhelming this season can be; and how much it matters to have someone steady beside you through it all. Birth is beautiful, but it can also feel like a lot to carry alone. No one should have to.

Today, my hope is simple. To help bring intentionality back into birth and women's wellness, so every mother and baby can experience this moment as fully, unmistakably their own.
